The production strictly complies with British Standard YBB00162002-2015 and German Standard DIN5061. According to the GMP management standard and requirement of ISO9001 quality system, we formulated detailed production management system & quality system documents, and corresponding technical & operation procedures as well. We sets up the process card and the system of machine repairing and protecting; We conduct strictly the quality control of the whole production process through a complete of original records & the establishment of critical control point & the adoption of statistical techniques as well. Every batch of products have complete records from raw material inspection, to the manufacturing process and to the goods delivery. All the finished and half-finished products possess the track and trace ability.

     For the propose of “Make every aluminum tube trustworthy”, we all staffs full participate in the quality work and set up a sense of quality to assure fundamentally the product quality of equilibrium stability through lean production and quality activities every month.

     We adhere to “quality is out of production”, require strictly self-inspection, mutual inspection and routing inspection by operator and QC during production, to detect and solve quality problems, ensure the product safety and stability from source . Finished products gone through twice full inspection for outside tube defects, once full inspection for inside tube defects, once inside and outside casual inspection , once tightened inspection by QC .Through inspection at each process, the small probability defect of aluminum tubes reached the level of 6α.
